Our Coaches

Stephen (CF-L2) & Jasmine Bragg (CF-L2)

Founders

Stephen and Jasmine were married in 2001. They have 3 children, Kendall, Malia, & Fallyn. They are both very active in their church, and are always looking for ways to serve others.
Stephen served in the Army as a part of the 82nd Airborne where he led soldiers in training exercises and various forms of physical activity. Because of his 8+ years of wrestling, after leaving The Army, he started coaching wrestling for the South Paulding Junior Spartans. He discovered CrossFit from his best friend who owns a CrossFit gym in California. Coaching and loving people are his passion. Jasmine grew up a “military brat”, so she has so much experience from around the world. She never knew she had such a love for coaching people until 2012 when she and Stephen opened CrossFit Boiler Room. Since this time, she cannot imagine anything more fulfilling than helping people change their lives through health and fitness.

Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, and Assault AirBikes to enhance your CrossFit training experience. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, sandbags, bumper plates, and plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts. With our extensive range of equipment, CrossFit Boiler Room is committed to helping you become stronger, faster, and more agile.

Unique Features and Facilities

CrossFit Boiler Room boasts a spacious, open-layout facility designed to maximize your training experience, featuring a flat parking lot area for sled pushes and agility drills. Our unique outdoor workout space allows clients to train in the fresh air, adding variety and excitement to their routines. Additionally, we provide a welcome area to watch or recover before, during or after class. We are equipped with foam rollers, bands, and lacrosse balls to ensure a complete fitness journey from start to finish.
